We turn needs into effective solutions. We connect brands, people and attractive budgets.

Adrian Furman
The CEO and founder of Grupa AF sp. z. o. o. and Poland IT-Lab LLC
There is no conflict between ethics and profit. He has followed this original motto since the beginning of his business career and is often called the Stephen Hawking of business. His constant willingness to create a positive image of disabled people became a driving force of Grupa AF. His aspirations and life experience shaped the mission of his company in a natural way. There are 24 people with disabilities working in Grupa AF, but their efforts are a proof that on the open labor market they are not “different” in the sense of “lesser”. He acts as a mentor on conferences dedicated to business and new technologies. He was invited to many international events in Europe and the United States.

How is that possible?
Our special CSR program gives the possibility forcompanies in Poland to reduce PFRON fees.

At the same time, you get a CSR certification and join the social Business Without Barriers program. The proposed financing system is transparent and based on simple principles with a legal basis.
LEGAL BASIS:
Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities, Art. 22. The Seller is respon-sible for all possible errors in the issued certificate in accordance with Article 22b of the abovementioned Act.
